Fees
Julu charges a fee of 1 % of the total amount owed for each individual loan agreement entered into, for each 12 months of the duration of such agreement, on the remaining total amount owed by the borrower. The fee is deducted directly from the debtor's installment and the investor receives the remainder of the installment on his account.
In the case of repayment of the loan, we charge 7% of the recovered performance on the basis of a pre-litigation summons and 14% on the basis of court enforcement, including insolvency
